The responsibility of a travel agent
The travel agent acts as a representative of the firms participating in the planning of the journey and is therefore not directly responsible for any damages, time delays or program changes caused by them. If the customer finds the services unsatisfactory, the travel agent will forward the complaint to the service provider.

Refunding
If the traveller uses only a part of the airline tickets s/he has purchased or does not use them at all, we can send a refund request to the airline for the unused flights. The refunding time is 4 to 6 weeks. However, certain airlines do not refund partly used or even completely unused tickets. The client is responsible to inquire her/himself from the travel agency about the special conditions for airline tickets concerning changes, cancellations and partial use.
For unused hotel bookings and other ordered but cancelled services you need a certificate that the cancellation has been done accordingly during the trip. Refunding will be performed as soon as the payment arrives from the service provider.

The travel agent's right to cancellations and changes
An unsurpassed impediment such as a natural disaster, strike, political restlessness, war, cancellation of the flight etc. may cause the travel agent to cancel the trip. In such a case all payments will be returned.
The travel agent has a right to changes in the travel arrangements (route, day, vehicle etc.) if
- an unsurpassed obstacle such as a change in schedules or the conditions of the destination etc occurs.
- completing the program absolutely demands it, because of weather conditions, schedule changes etc.
We reserve the right to price changes caused by changes in the cost factors or currency rates or other causes not related to the travel agent. The booking payment does not remove the right to a possible price increase. The price deposit is valid on certain airlines if the flight ticket has been paid in full.
Complaints about journeys must be done in writing no later than 30 days after the end of the journey.

To be considered before and during the journey
1.A valid passport and the necessary visas, which are valid during your journey. If you visit a country more than once during the same journey, the visa must include a mention of 'several visits' or 'double/triple/multiple'.
2. Check the vaccinations and health regulations required or recommended at the country of destination.
3.Always confirm the continuation and return flights directly to the airline 4-7 weeks before the flight. (Flights in Europe not included.) Also check that the timetable has not been changed, for how long before the flight you have to be on the airport and the size of the possible (especially in the Far East) airport tax. Keep in mind that Thailand and China among others will charge the tax on the way out.
4. Weight limits are written on the airline ticket - normally 20 kg as freight luggage, in the USA and Canada max. 2 parcels (64 kg). In tourist class the portable luggage is limited to one suitcase, not larger than 115 cm on the outside (55 + 40 + 20 cms) or one clothing bag which is no thicker than 20 cms when folded. Put together: one suitcase, which can be 8 kg in the Tourist class and 5 kg on Finnair Holiday Flights (Lomalennot). In addition you may take an overcoat, a small handbag, a cane, a small camera or binoculars, baby food and reading material to the cabin.
5.Check your travel insurance.
